Our free-standing tub is awesome, and we have lots more shower space now as well. I want to tell you how much I appreciate the renovations you undertook at our home. It has been a few months since we moved back in and the work was completed, and we are very pleased with the results of your team’s efforts. While we did experience a few issues along the way, we are extremely happy with the final outcome.

Over the past few weeks, many friends and neighbors have shown interest in seeing the changes we made. Without exception, the feedback has been very positive. Several people have commented on how efficiently the work was completed, noting that you accomplished so much in what they felt was a minimal amount of time. Many other renovations in our neighborhood have taken over six months and delivered fewer modifications.

People have especially praised the floor tile—both the style and installation—the bathroom shower, the cabinetry, and the under-cabinet lighting. They also commended our decision to remove the step-down from the entryway into the other rooms. This design, common in many of the houses in our neighborhood, has become difficult for those who are aging along with their homes.

I would also like to thank the workers who contributed to the success of our project. Not only was their work high quality, but they were also very professional.
